colour, race and gender in the greater Bloemfontein area.

through operational guidance, and knowledge and skills transfer.

To facilitate lectures and discussions on subjects relevant
to the business world.

To table and clarify any matters of importance at any
congress of the AHI

To obtain information relevant to the business world, and to
process and distribute such information amongst its members through
newsletters and other media.

To assist its members in protecting their business interests
against unreasonable trade practices and legislation.

To establish closer co-operation between all levels of
government, employers and employees through consultation, discussion and
written submissions where applicable.

To organize functions and generate funds to enable the
achievement of the goals and aims of the business chamber.

To give recognition to any person who contributes to
business-, cultural- or any other area in the greater Bloemfontein.

To acquire, rent, lease, buy, sell, receive, donate, pawn or
encumber (e.g. by way of a bond) any property, be it moveable or immoveable
property in order to achieve the objectives of the chamber.
